Ikkatsu Tracking for Shopify — setup guide

1. Install the app

1. Install Ikkatsu Tracking from Shopify admin and approve the requested order and fulfillment permissions.
2. Open the app's Settings page. The first 30 shipments are available as a free trial.

2. Start automatic tracking

1. Create a Shopify fulfillment with a tracking number and carrier. The app imports it automatically.
2. In Settings, choose a check-frequency preset. The default Automatic preset needs no changes.
3. Open Shipments to inspect the current status, last check, next check, and delivery completion.
4. If a carrier cannot be identified, open Carrier mapping and map the received carrier name or tracking URL host.

The app performs basic scheduled checks itself. Shopify Flow is optional and is only needed for additional automation. Checks stop after delivery or another terminal status.

3. Show delivery history to customers

1. In Shopify admin, open Settings → Customer accounts and launch the customer account editor.
2. Add the Delivery History app block to the Order status page and save.
3. Open a test order as its customer and verify the carrier, tracking number, and event history.
