Terms of Service

1. Application

These Terms govern use of Ikkatsu Tracking for Shopify (the "Service") provided by MAKES LLC ("we" or "us"). Merchants must use the Service in accordance with these Terms and Shopify's applicable terms.

2. Service

The Service retrieves information published or provided by carriers and other sources, and organizes and displays that information in Shopify. We do not ship or transport merchandise.

3. Fees and free trial

The first 30 shipments are available as a free trial. Paid-plan fees, shipment limits, trial terms, and renewal conditions are displayed in the Shopify App Store listing and Shopify plan-selection screen.

App fees are billed through Shopify App Pricing. We do not use an external payment page to charge for the Service.

4. Plan changes, cancellation, and refunds

Merchants can change or cancel plans through Shopify. Proration, billing cycles, and the effective date of cancellation follow Shopify App Pricing processing.

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law, where Shopify corrects a billing error, or where we recognize a material service failure. Contact support@gyomu.org with billing questions.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Unauthorized acquisition of another party's shipment information
• Bulk queries using invalid or unrelated tracking numbers
• Circumvention of usage limits, authentication, or security controls
• Attacks on the Service, Shopify, or carrier systems
• Use that violates law, Shopify's terms, or public order

6. Suspension

We may suspend all or part of the Service because of maintenance, incidents, external-service outages, legal or policy requirements, or other unavoidable circumstances. We may restrict use without prior notice in cases of abuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Carrier, Shopify, Ikkatsu Tracking Common API, or communications failures and specification changes may delay or omit information. Final shipment status should be confirmed using the carrier's official information.

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by the merchant for the Service during the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Yokohama District Court or Yokohama Summary Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to the Service.
